Reminder: Finalize all THC claims

Reminder: Finalize all THC claims and appeals by Dec. 31, 2022

Starting Jan.1, 2023, this website will no longer be operational. At that time, claims review, claims lookup and copies
of old EOPs will be unavailable.

File your claims and appeals by the dates below to ensure resolution:

● Claims

  • Medicaid: File initial claims within 12 months from the date of service. The last date initial claims
    are eligible for initial filing is Sept. 30, 2022. Corrected claims must be received within 180 days of
    original adjudication date.

  • Commercial: Initial claims filings are no longer accepted. The last date to file was June 30, 2022.

● Appeals

  • Medicaid: File within 12 months from the initial claim adjudication
  • Commercial: File within 6 months from the initial claim adjudication
