OIG : Office of Inspector General

SAM : System for Award Management

Medicare

 NPDB :National Practitioner Data Bank

 

Hospital privileges, practitioner education and work history. Physicians self-report non * data and attest to its accuracy on CAQH every 6 months.

• Healthcare Facilities Accreditation (HFAP)

CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation

• OIG : Office of Inspector General

SAM : System for Award Management
