MANAGING YOUR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
If you are selling Individual Plans please note:
- All enrollments (those that qualify for subsidies and those that do not) must be completed through the Marketplace to secure assignment of the agent of record and commission for the sale.
- Please ensure that your name and NPN is added to the subscriber’s application during the Marketplace enrollment process (new or change in circumstance). Only a subscriber can approve the addition or removal of an NPN / Agent.
- Enrollments completed through the thcmi.com web site are for direct sales only and does not allow the subscriber to assign an agent.
- Total Health Care will not assign agents to any enrollments completed directly through our web site by the subscriber.
